White Glove Delivery Service?
Belgica Furniture is delivered by Multidrop UK who offer professional, service-orientated, logistics, warehousing and home-delivery solution to the furniture industry. Multidrop’s client base ranges from large international furniture suppliers and manufacturers, to prominent retail chains, High Street outlets and small independent stores. Multidrop services are designed to meet individual requirements and to enhance the end-user experience. Belgica Furniture and Multidrop work in partnership to continually develop and improve efficiencies, reduce costs, ensure service standards, and complement each others reputation.

Time
Delivery Time for products bought from Belgicastore.co.uk have a product delivery time of between 8-12 weeks. In some cases this delivery time may be longer if the product is being manufactured to individual customer specifications. We will call you when your goods arrives in store and arrange a suitable delivery date and time for the product to be delivered. Some Products (e.g. Harrison Express mattresses) operate a 48-hour guaranteed delivery time from when the order was placed. Please see product specific descriptions for details of these products and if this delivery options applies.

Cost
Cost for delivery is £45 for every order placed. If your order is over £1500 delivery is free of charge. Small items (e.g. Accessories) will be delivered by the courier company APC who operate a next day delivery service from when the items arrives in stock at the Belgica Warehouse.

Delivery Limitations ?
There are areas which are cost prohibitive to delivery in or around the UK. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland are examples. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if this is the case but will offer a full refund. We are working on a solution with our courier company and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Therefore we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland at this time.
